  • How much is a virtual urgent care visit?

  • Does insurance cover virtual urgent care visits?

Your virtual visit may be covered by insurance. It’s best to check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage.

  • Can I be out of the state of Texas to receive virtual care?

No, you can only use virtual urgent care if you are in Texas.

  • What if I need follow-up care?

If your provider thinks you need follow-up care, they will let you know. Depending on your health issue, your provider may recommend scheduling an in-person visit instead of a virtual visit. In those cases, when care is not provided, you will not be charged for your virtual visit.

  • Can I get a prescription if needed?

Yes, you can get a prescription if needed. During a video visit, if your provider feels you need a prescription, they will send it to the pharmacy of your choice.
