Dr. Herd is a board-certified family physician who practices primary care medicine in the Midlothian area. She is particularly interested in women’s health (including procedures such as Nexplanon insertions/removals, IUD ... insertions/removals and Pap smears), as well as prevention and management of chronic conditions, such as hypertension and diabetes. She performs dermatological procedures, such as the removal of common growths, repair of lacerations and excision of ingrown toenails. In addition, she performs joint injections, such as knee injections for arthritis and wrist injections for carpal tunnel. Dr. Herd treats a wide range of patients, from newborns to older adults, and is excited to welcome new patients to the practice. View More |
