Patients appreciate
Patients consistently praise Esai Rodriguez, PA for his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his patients. He is frequently described as friendly, courteous, and attentive, with many reviewers highlighting his willingness to take time with patients, answer questions thoroughly, and explain medical information clearly. Several patients specifically appreciated that he offered multiple treatment options, discussed next steps in their care, and proactively shared information they hadn't thought to ask about. His ability to put patients at ease and make them feel unhurried was also a recurring theme.
Patients also share
Opportunities for improvement were minimal across these reviews. One reviewer noted that while Esai answered one of their two questions, the second was addressed indirectly through the information he provided — suggesting that more explicitly checking in on all patient questions could be beneficial. One reviewer also noted that with more experience, he has the potential to grow even further, though this was framed as an encouraging observation rather than a criticism.
