Patients appreciate

Dania Farawi, PA consistently receives high praise for her exceptional communication skills, thoroughness, and genuine compassion. Patients frequently highlight her ability to listen carefully, take time to explain diagnoses and treatment plans in detail, and answer questions thoughtfully without making anyone feel rushed. Many reviewers commend her strong medical knowledge and her ability to quickly and accurately diagnose conditions. Her warm, friendly, and personable demeanor is a recurring theme, with patients describing her as kind, caring, and professional. Several patients also noted her proactive approach — ordering necessary follow-up tests promptly, providing practical tips for managing symptoms, and going above and beyond, such as waiting with a patient to resolve a pharmacy insurance issue or providing prescription coupons to help save money.

Patients also share

Opportunities for improvement are minimal given the overwhelmingly positive feedback. One reviewer noted a surprisingly long wait time despite having a scheduled appointment. Another mentioned that follow-up care after an initial visit felt less attentive than the first interaction. One patient expressed some surprise at receiving a diagnosis based on a photo rather than a direct in-person examination of the affected area. These concerns appear to be isolated experiences rather than consistent patterns across the reviews.
